Why I created this Masterclass
Five years ago I realized that despite my MBA degree, numerous courses and vast corporate management experience, I still faced some difficulties managing certain people and interacting with certain type of supervisors. Best intentions, most efficient motivation strategies failed to work with some people. I remember a few cases when I couldn’t get the complete tuning with the managers, no matter how hard I tried. It seemed that no matter what I did, they had this resistance reaction and we just couldn’t get along with. I couldn’t quite understand why I had difficulty interacting with these people, much less do anything about.
I took different coaching courses, and experimented in my management approaches but nothing was as efficient as Enneagram. It gave me a profound understanding why people are so different and why I could easily get connected with many while failing to do so with few others.
By using this approach, I was able to figure out what I could do to get along with those few people, change my approach and ultimately transform our working relationship into a mutually beneficial cooperation.
Enneagram helped me deeply understand people, their deep motivation, their preferable way to interact. This increased my management efficiency enormously. The same benefits I reaped outside of my working environment.
